Ashley gets a 10/10 from me, very nice and pleasant to talk to. She really knows how to make someone who is nervous laugh and feel okay. Overall, I have very mixed feelings about this place. In person, the staff was incredible. Everyone was very nice, and made you feel comfortable. Outside of the office, the communication was lacking, to the point where no one told me I would have to pay $250 the day of surgery. Paying isn't a problem, but a heads up would have been nice. If I could give a zero star I would these ppl never know what is going on, the answering service is even more useless. Every time I’ve called to schedule appointments the receptionist seems like she’s drunk or has her head in the clouds. They have no organization, just seems like they run things like a chicken that had its head cut off and it’s miracle they’ve been open as long as they have. Thank God they’re retiring cheap doesn’t always mean good and good riddance…….

First step of a 3 step process - tooth extraction- Dr Farrell and his staff were wonderful dealing with me, a very nervous patient… I am very pleased with the results- the implant is next. Everyone in this office was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and kind .
