My husband, daughter (4 1/2 years old) and I were there this morning for a procedure she was having where she was put sleep. It was a little scary for us but everyone was so sweet and helped put my mind at ease. From her new dentist, Dr. Jacobs to Dr. Geyer, the anesthesiologist to the many nurses and other staff, we are so very grateful. Kristel, Maria, Michele, Lisa- words cannot express how AMAZING these individuals are. Incredibly experienced, personable, and so gentle. I was so anxious for my first time being here, and I sincerely lucked out being under these incredible ladies care. As always, thank you to Dr.Carter for his expertise. These women made a serious impression on me, and I am so thankful for all they have done for me.
My procedure went well. No complaints about the doctor. Their office staff is a different story. Their accounts department is absolutely horrible. She only works a few hours a week and refuses to return a phone call after billing me incorrectly. I finally got the office manager to speak to me & make an appointment to see me in person to go over their errors. My 5 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed here. The nurses were amazing with him and instantly made him comfortable, despite being very anxious beforehand. I am thankful for all the staff!
My son had surgery this morning at Spring Ridge and from the moment we walked through the door EVERYONE (from the greeters and ladies at the front desk to the nurses and doctors) was welcoming, pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. My son is autistic and unfortunately has had many experiences with surgery so there was a lot of anxiety about his procedure and his reaction.
