Avoid this Neurology office. My husband had a seizure, whom is a diagnosed epileptic. His PM called to push for urgency, being how both of his levels are very low. We waited 4 MONTHS for his appointment, to receive a call the day before that they would have to re-schedule. The kicker? Not for another 5 MONTHS, due to doctor being sick. The medical field is joke, and truly does not give a crap if you die. Good luck anyone who goes here, you’re gonna need it.
Scheduled an appointment 3 months out for a possible TIA (major health concern). They called me a week before the appointment to cancel on me and tried to schedule me another 3 months out. Ridiculous! The receptionist was very rude and not empathetic at all.
Dr. Khoshnoodi was well educated in my symptoms and next steps. His bedside manner was top-notch - calming and kind during this uncertain time. Front desk receptionist personable and friendly. While the group (Tower) may have bad reviews, "Dr K" is a gem. (I also posted to main office location.)
Edit: it’s now Monday they were open today and still no call back.Completely unacceptable. This is the only doctors office I’ve ever been to where the doctors just refuse to call you back. My husband is having an issue with a medication he was prescribed. He called Wednesday and left a message to speak with his doctor. No call back. When you call the messages you hear is “we’ll call you back the same day, don’t leave duplicate messages”. After over 24 hours we don’t hear back. So Thursday we call again.
