Absolutely worse Hospital EVER for anything scheduled. My appointment was scheduled a month an a half ago and they call me two days before to say they need to move it. They then proceed to tell me they will call the patient before me to see if they will move theirs since I refused. They call me 20 minutes later to confirm my appointment. 4 hrs later they call me AGAIN to tell me they need to reschedule. I told them I cant because I have a job I already jumped through hoops to get the 2 hrs off to come to this one. As well as... read more

Dr. Khoshnoodi was well educated in my symptoms and next steps. His bedside manner was top-notch - calming and kind during this uncertain time. While the group (Tower) may have bad reviews, "Dr K" is a gem. (Edit: also posted to Limerick office location where I saw him.)

I called to make an appointment not knowing what time they closed and someone answered the phone with a horrible additude. It was 4:33 they close at 4:30 mind you they could have just not answered. Instead I got scolded for calling past the time they were open then acted like she was doing me a service for answering. Will not be calling back.

In 10/22, Tower health Neuro scheduled me for a 1/5/23 appt. I was told to get a Cervical Spine MRI due to neck/shoulder pain. In the interim, I developed significant lower back pain. At my appt., I was seen by a P.A., and told her of my pain issues (including back). I was curtly dismissed by the P.A. who told me, we can't help you, we don't do backs. There was NO examination/discussion, regarding ANY of my issues nor of my pain. No attempt was made to offer referrals, suggestions or a follow-up appt. since they had not yet ... read more
