They never answer the phone and ignore parents concerns. Also half an hour after my daughters appointment and we are still waiting to be called. I asked and they said they were people In front of us and we had to wait. I was confused because we HAD AN appointment so why should we be waiting a half an hour after the appointment time and then some? Very unprofessional I do not recommend.
