Not impressed. Young kid came out and tried to convince me that the problem was my condensation pump even though the safety float switch and thermostat were working. He then tried to sell me a new one for $350 dollars even though I showed him the exact same model on Amazon for $55 bucks. He unplugged and blew into 2 hoses inside the heater and left. $125 trip charge and $50 labor charge. Felt like I got ripped off. Fast and great service.
So me and my wife just bought our first home. Similar to other home owners we really didn’t know much about central air conditioning. So when we started having problems cooling the house down we needed to find help. These guys deserve an A+++ First thing first is the communication.
