Purchased mini splits for air conditioning last month.works great.. technicians were great with a few hiccups...the price was excellent.....advice anyone

Not impressed. Young kid came out and tried to convince me that the problem was my condensation pump even though the safety float switch and thermostat were working. He then tried to sell me a new one for $350 dollars even though I showed him the exact same model on Amazon for $55 bucks. He unplugged and blew into 2 hoses inside the heater and left. $125 trip charge and $50 labor charge. Felt like I got ripped off.
