I am 10 weeks post surgery for a bunion on my left foot and doing great. All to the amazing work of Dr Gauthier and her staff. My experience starting from the first consultation through to my follow-up appointments have been truly easy. Linda and Kathy in her office are wonderful to deal with and help you understand the process. And Dr Gauthier, I can't say enough positive words to describe her. I am very happy with my treatment and highly recommend her.
I’ve known Dr Gauthier for quite a while through my boss and he convinced me to go see her about my foot over a year ago, with multiple injections that were not a success we discussed surgery and decided that was the best option for me. I am four month post op for a mid foot fusion and I am so happy with the results. I had put off this procedure for 20 years, as I never felt that I had the right doctor or an understanding of how complicated it was; however, Dr. Gauthier was able to explain everything in detail and I felt like her expertise and kind manner were a perfect match for my situtation. I am recovering and really thrilled with how I feel. I am grateful for Dr. Gauthier!
I had been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by another foot doctor and went through months of PT, custom orthotics and too many co-pays, with no result. I found Dr. Gauthier who immediately confirmed I did not have plantar fasciitis, but a torn Achilles tendon. Dr. Gauthier immediately fitted me with a boot and ordered an MRI. Dr. Gauthier treated me for both pain management and ankle surgery. The facility was always so clean and the staff was knowledgeable and very welcoming. They provided me with extensive information about the surgery that went extremely well. The recovery period has been long, but Dr. Gauthier was always positive.
