This company was bought by United Site Services. It is much worse now. Don't use them. They have raised my rates 25% in the last 3 months.
Have used them in the past I've had pretty good luck, called Tuesday trying to schedule the drop of a porta-john on a job where we had worked in the past, received a phone call back from office manager early Wednesday morning apologizing that they had not gotten the message until that morning and we're trying to get me delivered that day Wednesday but it might be Thursday it is now 5:40 on Friday and they're still no porta-john on the job
I cannot praise this staff highly enough. This was for an outdoor home wedding. The men who came to set up the porta-potties were incredible and so helpful. They made sure every need was met and placed them exactly where we wanted them having to maneuver through some rather small outdoor spaces. The restrooms were immaculate and like real bathrooms.
