I stopped in expecting an ordinary cup of coffee and ended up with the best coffee I've ever had. I asked Avery to surprise me, and she absolutely nailed it. More importantly, her customer service was outstanding. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does, and that kind of employee is hard to find. Whoever signs Avery's paycheck should seriously give her a MEGA RAISE IN PAY$$$$$$—she earned this five-star review all by herself. If you stop in, ask for Avery. You won't be disappointed.
If you are a reader, this is your place. Great coffee and plenty of books! (Connected to a bookstore) The ladies at the counter were very friendly. Decent amount of food choices.
The staff and coffee was wonderful. I was very disappointed in the bookstore. The children's reading area had Gay Bar advertising on the tables. No matter what opinions there are about gay bar and pride advertising, I didn't find it appropriate in the children's reading area. I would not have any problem with it being in any other area of the store.
