We've had Reader out to our house in Euclid a few times over the years and have always been impressed by their service and professionalism. The latest project was an entire roof replacement. Had several folks from Reader out at our house this week for AC and Roof repairs. Keith performed an AC repair and Fernando & Mike spent two days getting our slate roof tuned up for fall. Additionally, they added a new layer of modified bitumen to our flat roof and did a fantastic job! Thanks to the team at Reader!
One of their work trucks was streaking down the highway, cut my car off, then stuck their arm out of their window to flash a middle finger when someone dared to honk at them. I personally wouldn’t hire the services of an operation that behaves like this. The truck said Reader heating cooling roofing on the back with a PIW first three license plate if you’re management looking for who it was. If management was driving then that is a shame.
