We bought a house in a community managed by Reader Communities and have to say I recommend unequivocally to stay clear of this company. Not only do they not respond or take action for requests from our HOA but they outright lie and don’t respond. Our neighborhood will be leaving this company ASAP and recommend others never begin to use them. Feel free to reach out to me for more information, I’ve kept all records and correspondence.
