1star is even too much. I am beyond frustrated with this center. I guess it depends on what floor you’re on.
My experience here was so terrible I forced the staff to check me out before they wanted to release me. People would often call out for assistance in desperation. Staff were so cynical they openly stated people needing help "were only seeking attention." Reactivation? Seems like a prison style holding centre for people to die. I hope your experience is better. I wouldn't want my worst enemy housed there. Do not let your family languish at RCC.
I was born at this hospital in the past maybe lots of babies were special baths were not salted they were as pure as doves crying as birth always reminds me of that very special bath and a beautiful yet internally supple nurse who always has my complete love and even affection to this day. MRCC 4W CCC/Rehab provided outstanding care for my mother, and I am very happy to give them a 5‑star review.From the day she arrived, my mother was very weak, had a catheter, and could barely walk. Two weeks later, she was able to walk independently and look after herself, which is an incredible change. I'm not a person who is jumping from point A to point B in writing reviews but I'm currently at this location where I currently had a nurse who is gone above and Beyond the Call of Duty her name is Simran Basra. So attentive to her patient's needs no waiting I'll be back later she was there. A lot of people come to complain but never take the time to give recognition where recognition is due thank you so much for your service and your dedication you are truly a treasure that will shine on in my memory for a long time.
