I'm not a person who is jumping from point A to point B in writing reviews but I'm currently at this location where I currently had a nurse who is gone above and Beyond the Call of Duty her name is Simran Basra. So attentive to her patient's needs no waiting I'll be back later she was there. A lot of people come to complain but never take the time to give recognition where recognition is due thank you so much for your service and your dedication you are truly a treasure that will shine on in my memory for a long time.
My mother was transferred here from southlake and within days is walking and feeling much better. Huge thank you to nurse Ashley who is very knowledgeable and helpful with the patients under her care; great communication.
This place I wouldn't recommend anyone going to for rehabilitation..... I witnessed a nurse literally manhandle a female patient She shoved this woman forwards to get her dressed and then grabbed her hair just to keep her in position but the patient was fully cooperating and worse it looked like someone had punched her in the right eye it was all dark and black ....... My mother stayed here for 6 weeks on the 4E Mackenzie Health floor. It was a huge improvement over her months-long stay at the Mackenzie Health hospital in Richmond Hill. The staff here are very responsive and more rehab-focussed. At Mackenzie Health there would be days where they would refuse to transfer my mum to a wheelchair, and even days where they would it might take several hours for them to get around to it.
