I can’t recommend this company enough. They were very responsive, courteous and exceeded expectations in quality and speed of work.
I rarely write reviews, unless a product or service really exceeded expectations. My experience with Reaction Restoration is one of those times. We had water damage as the result of an upstairs toilet that had been leaking, unknowingly, and eventually just "gave way" and flooded the upstairs bath and the ceiling below. Within 45 minutes of my call to Reaction Restoration, they were at my house with all the necessary equipment to dry out all areas, measure for dampness and monitor for the next 5+ days. Reaction Restoration is the best of the best. We had significant damage in our home from a bad flood and another contractor left our home with mold growing everywhere and the job far from done. Reaction Restoration came in to fix what the other contractor had left behind and got our home cleaned to an extent I wasn’t sure was possible. Called them to come out and give an estimate on the ceiling that was leaking. They came out two days later at the agreed time for the appointment. The service man said he would call me with the estimate within the next business day or so. This was back in April. I never heard from him.. I called The company back two days later and they said they would call me back. I’m still waiting and it has been five months. Terrible service!!!!
Our vacation home in Glen Arbor was severely damaged during a storm in July. Water poured in via an egress window flooding our lower level. Although roads were blocked by down trees and power lines all across the county somehow Aaron and his crew were onsite within the hour of calling them.
