Called them to come out and give an estimate on the ceiling that was leaking. They came out two days later at the agreed time for the appointment. The service man said he would call me with the estimate within the next business day or so. This was back in April. I never heard from him.. I called The company back two days later and they said they would call me back. I’m still waiting and it has been five months. Terrible service!!!!
Our vacation home in Glen Arbor was severely damaged during a storm in July. Water poured in via an egress window flooding our lower level. Although roads were blocked by down trees and power lines all across the county somehow Aaron and his crew were onsite within the hour of calling them. These guys were amazing! A tree crashed through one of the glass doors of our vacation unit and Luke and his team members worked hard to help us and countless others who had been affected by the storm. Luke was incredibly kind, down to earth, and meticulous. He made sure to thoroughly sweep our place to make sure every speck of shattered glass was cleaned up and he even gave my dad some materials to help cover our broken windshield. I want to thank Reaction Restoration for helping me after a recent home improvement project. I had cement dust on every surface of the main floor of my house. I could never have gotten it cleaned by myself. My vacuum wasn’t up to the job and swiffers were useless. Lisa, armed with 3 different vacuums, cleaned walls, cupboards, counter tops, appliances, furniture and more. You guys are the best.
