Reactic cracked the sheet rock on our ceiling walking in our attic. We waited for the technician the whole day because he kept moving the appointment back. He finally made it to our house at 9:40 p.m. The next day we saw the damage on the ceiling. The company would not return our numerous calls asking them to call us to make things right, and fix the damage the technician they sent to our home caused.
Michael led our mold abatement process on 2 occasions (long story). Bottom line is that Michael shined in all areas and was very easy to work. He was patient in explaining all the ins and outs of the remediation process and was a fast responder when I contacted him. Great job Michael and team.

very professional and responsible in taking care of the issues I had which involved multiple things. There was mold, plumbing and bathroom tile problems and all were taken care of.
