Idan, Julio and the rest of the team helped perform remediation after a water leak that was discovered after we got back from a few weeks of travel. We greatly appreciate that they were able to come out for an assessment and to set up the machines on the day that I called in (whole other companies told me that they wouldn't be able to come until four days later given the upcoming holiday weekend).
