Idan, Julio and the rest of the team helped perform remediation after a water leak that was discovered after we got back from a few weeks of travel. We greatly appreciate that they were able to come out for an assessment and to set up the machines on the day that I called in (whole other companies told me that they wouldn't be able to come until four days later given the upcoming holiday weekend). Had sudden water damage in my garage due to an accident with a broken pipe from a neighbor. Reactic was already on the scene because my neighbor had called right away when the accident occurred. They got to work protecting my place right away as well after I spoke with them. First they worked on drying everything out before any mold could form. We had extensive water damage to our carpeted master bedroom through a leak into the walls from the gutters. A mold test done showed dangerous spore level. Idan and his team did a tremendous job with care and respect. Independent post remedial test showed literally one spore (there will always be spores) left. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of having Daniel Garza evaluate a potential mold issue in downstairs unit of my property at Berkeley, and I must say, he was fantastic! He was not only friendly and considerate, but also incredibly professional and precise in his assessment.
