I had a wonderful experience at Reachpoint. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about student success. Over the past 4 years, we have used ReachPoint caregivers in our parents’ home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are a wonderful company. Management is willing to listen to needs and concerns. They clearly understand what to look for in a caregiver and what is required in the home (e.g., as few new faces as possible).
