Doing a good job. Thank you for helping with my knee pain. It has been bothering me for 30 years. Had so many therapists but no one able to help me. None of them. Shots didn't work. In 3 visits, my pain is almost gone. Im walking much better and walking a good distance. Thank yiu much. Salome from Lakeland.

I have worked with Severo since January 2022 and have seen measurable changes. He takes me through a strengthening and full body workout. He also works with me on my diet. My blood sugar has improved and I have lost inches from my waist. I have no reservations recommending him. He gets results!
