Logan B did a great job fixing our printer and fax machine. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left, which is really appreciated. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing a good job, not just getting in and out quickly.
We have been using them for many years and are on our second copier with them. We've printed millions of pages and when there are occasionally issues with our workhorse volume of printing their technicians are well versed, Johnny on the spot folks who if they can't fix it immediately from their depth of expertise, explain the next steps and get it resolved very quickly. WOW! There's no doubt that this is a great company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and are experts in their craft. They are quick to admit that they might now know everything but will not leave you hanging without resolution for your problem. Brian Turner is an expert printer guru and one of the best they have. Reach Technologies , I would have given 10 starts if it was offered. you guys' are always on time with service calls, the techs who come to service our equipment they are just a pleasure ! we order all of our office supplies from reach they are delivered promptly with NO issues ever. and Michael Whitfield , HE is just the best , he takes such good care of us here in Buford, I could not tell you how many times we have ran out of ink in our printer ( our Office error) and he is at our door in 20 min with the ink. what a LIFE... read more
I have been using Reach since I came to my company a year and a half ago as my source for all of our office supplies. Michael and everyone at Reach go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I haven't considered even once shopping different supply companies because nothing beats great customer service. 10/10 recommend!
