Couldn't ask for a better company to work for! Super responsive and always helpful when needed. Mr. Whitfield helped us with several printers and his service was A++, and is always that way!
Logan B did a great job fixing our printer and fax machine. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left, which is really appreciated. It was clear he genuinely cared about doing a good job, not just getting in and out quickly.
Alex Alampi, our Reach sales rep, made the transition from our previous Kyocera service company seamless. He was very thorough when explaining our copier options. Reach even takes care of returning our previous leased copier. I couldn't have asked for better service!!
We have been using them for many years and are on our second copier with them. We've printed millions of pages and when there are occasionally issues with our workhorse volume of printing their technicians are well versed, Johnny on the spot folks who if they can't fix it immediately from their depth of expertise, explain the next steps and get it resolved very quickly. WOW! There's no doubt that this is a great company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and are experts in their craft. They are quick to admit that they might now know everything but will not leave you hanging without resolution for your problem. Brian Turner is an expert printer guru and one of the best they have.
