Alicia was my adjent. She was proactive and carefully explained steps and negotiations. This was very helpful as a first time home buyer.
I wouldn’t reccommend using this realty company for first time homebuyers. I had a terrible experience, and their fees are extremely high compared to other agencies. If you’re looking to minimize your stress levels during the homebuying process DO NOT work with them. Update: It’s been a year later and I still get contacted by young prospective homebuyers looking for trusted realtors. I am happy to continue doing my due diligence and informing them to NEVER work with this company.
