In July 2023, I was in a bus crash that left me with psychological issues I needed to sort out. Joanna was an absolute gem. She gave me great advice which has worked, sympathy, empathy and kindness. Thanks to her advice, I am past the worst of it and rarely have issues now. When I do, I remember her words and they help me past the worst of it.
