Sadly my daughter left this service with more damage that recovery, after being told they didn’t know what to do with her . Promises were made and never followed through . She is a challenged adolescent with multiple mental health and medical diagnoses , but with a promising future with the right support Unfortunately Reach life ended her treatment plan with no notice and suggested we look elsewhere for a service that might be better suited for her needs . So grateful for the beautiful people at Reach life. Great that there are some ppl that actually still want to help ppl. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and make you feel warm and welcome.
If you are looking for care from a practice who have carefully handpicked all staff based on kindness and a genuine commitment to help. This is the one. My experiences elsewhere have been less than satisfactory and some experiences have done more harm than good. When I first walked in the doors to Reachlife, I have to admit unfortunately that I was expecting more of the same. That’s not I got.
