Possibly the worst place you can go in Perth for DBT treatment. After reflecting on my experience I am upset I wasted money on an incompetent service with an incompetent therapist and group. The group is full of confused, scary looking “neurodivergents “ which is a word I learnt on the book were handed so the “teacher” dosent have to waste her time teaching skills to the group. Disappointing from start to finish. Was unable to see the person I was booked to see due to illness (it happens) then was moved to see a new counsellor. Having never been to this practise before and been apprehensive already about having to share personal information I wanted to ensure it was going to go smoothly.
