If you are looking for care from a practice who have carefully handpicked all staff based on kindness and a genuine commitment to help. This is the one. My experiences elsewhere have been less than satisfactory and some experiences have done more harm than good. Caring and welcoming, Reach Life goes above and beyond when it comes to mental health support. The care, empathy, and professionalism shown by staff made us feel safe, heard & supported throughout our experience with them. It's so good to find a clinic that genuinely cares at this level. We are so thankful to have found them. We do, and will continue to recommend Reach Life to anyone in need of support.
Love reach life - wonderful organisation - have seen a few of the practitioners (highly highly rate Tania & Naomi). Also the reception staff (especially Lisa & Meg) are wonderful. The entire practice/s (both Joondalup and Osborne park) go above and beyond to accommodate those who attend and it is a lovely, warm and welcoming environment.
I see Naomi at Osborne Park Office. I have found her to be extremely trauma informed and empathetic. I have been seeing her regarding childhood trauma and the therapy had been helpful. She is lovely and easy to talk to and trust.
