Disappointing from start to finish. Was unable to see the person I was booked to see due to illness (it happens) then was moved to see a new counsellor. Having never been to this practise before and been apprehensive already about having to share personal information I wanted to ensure it was going to go smoothly. There was an option for me to see a newly qualified counsellor who yet hasn’t been registered for Medicare rebate which for the better word was a fancy name for inexperienced.
