Really great dental hygienist, she is really friendly and helpful! Dentist was quick and efficient.
On one occasions the dentist tried to extract teeth that didn't need to be extracted because he was looking at the wrong persons chart. On another occasion I was in specifically to have a gum issue looked at. He came to the chair, again without saying hello or looking at the chart to see why I was there, and tried to stick a needle in my mouth to start fillings. I had a really positive experience with one of Reach's dental hygienists. She was super hospitable from the get-go and gave me lots of helpful flossing tips. This was very encouraging! Her kindness and non-condescending encouragement made my day.
Wow they say they are non profit and community based getting grants begging for donations to help people....what a scam . called with a dental emergency and because I didn't have traditional insurance they canceled my appointment shame on them......
