This was one of the worst cleaning experiences I’ve had. The workers were careless, broke a small item in my home, and never apologized. I won’t be using them again.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Reach Cleaning Inc was so frustrating that I feel it’s important to share. When I first contacted them, everything seemed promising. Their representative was polite on the phone, the scheduling process sounded smooth, and they assured me that I would receive a “thorough, detailed, professional cleaning.” Unfortunately, the reality of the service was the exact opposite.
