first warm day in January I see water pouring over the side of the eavestrough at the back of the house. Turns out the downspout is blocked. Called around - learned that quite a few companies don't operate in the winter. Left a message at Reach. To my surprise, Alex called back. He checked out our situation, gave us a quote and showed up with Julien to clean out our gutters (clogged by a buildup of shingles sand) and tested the downspouts, all with his clever from-the-ground technique - problem solved, pictures provided. Reach cleaning did a great job cleaning my dad’s house to get it ready for sale. The communication was really good and they went above and beyond to try to get the hardwood gleaming.
