RecommendedAwesome team, great service, and they helped me get my truck's recall taken care of AFTER I already had the service done locally with an aftermarket part for the DEF on my diesel truck. No questions asked, handled the recall with Ford, the paperwork from the independent dealer, and had me back on the road in under half a day so that I could haul my horses out on vacation on time! Talk about EXCELLENT SERVICE! I won't go anywhere else for a new Ford, or official Ford service, ever. Thank you, Rea Ford!!!

From start to finish, my best car buying experience hands down! Danny was attentive and listened to my every need. With less than perfect credit, Danny & Tommy were still able to get me financed. A wonderful family owned business and everyone is such a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend their hands on personalized service!
Rea Ford’s Service Department offers unmatched customer service and expertise. Gino and his team of professionals practice the long lost art of “customer first” and are genuinely concerned that their customers are wholly satisfied. I’m an Active Duty Marine and live 45 minutes away from Rea with three other Ford service departments between my house and their location. I will continue to make the drive for this level of customer care and they make the drive worthwhile every time.
