We were without electric for several days due to our box having a fire when they fixed it, they came the same day. To get us up and running again we appreciate that Thank you, REA and God bless you.
REA promotes 24/7 emergency service for electric and water heater...except they don't answer the phone and don't provide a proper prompt. Still without hot water or a response/help from REA 28 hours later.

Id give them a 0 stars but apparently that’s not possible worst electric company I’ve ever had to deal with 1st of all they won’t do any kinda payment plan and will not work with you at any time they gave me till 12 noon to come up with 340$ On Thursday August 31 or they’d shut me off so I have to take off work and rush around just to make it their then they call me on September 1st and say my bills still not caught up and they want 110$ Or they’ll shut me off so I call them cuz I just gave them all the money I had Thursday ... read more
