I am a current resident that moved-in last summer (July 2020) and would advise to look at other reviews surrounding security concerns for the apartment. The staff was nice and responsive when I was a prospective resident. After signing the papers, I am now just flat out ignored as a current living resident, and it is such a shame for a large company like Gables Residential to ignore residents like this and having us to search through public channels where we can potentially be heard.
