Repeat customer, but sadly won’t be shopping here again. While their products are nice, I can no longer recommend them based off the terrible customer service (surprising since I was dealing directly with the owner). Seems as though this is a common theme if you read through other reviews. Paid extra for a custom product that was thrown together in a very sloppy way. Recently I had the pleasure of shopping in Hooleys.I loved the uniqueness of the clothing and sail bag products. More importantly, the owner of the store helped me and she was the most pleasant, helpful person I have worked with during my entire visit to Newport!
