I paid for a part for my phone a few months ago and because I have 3 jobs I couldn't pick up the part right away. My phone is now broken and wont work after they replaced my screen(separate visit). I went and asked if I could have a refund on the other part that I had not picked up yet($43) because I now have no use since my phone wont work and they refused me a refund because I took to long to get the part after their work caused my phone to break. They are AWFUL AND RUDE. Now I get to go pay for a new phone now.
RecommendedBest place to go for repairs!! People need to have more respect and appreciation for service workers. I can’t do what these guys do! Thank you Dan and your employees for your continued hard work and great customer service!

the manager is completely dishonest. has lied to me on a number of occasions then denies it in front of the owner I have spent over $1,000 on 2 phones. their worth ethic is absolutely ridiculous I've left multiple messages for the owner have never received any kind of reply! I'm a small business owner here in Tuolumne County! I have no reason to lie I just wanted my phone fixed the manager lied straight to my face now I'm stuck with a broken phone
My daughters’ iPhone 6 had a battery swelling problem and the whole phone split at the seam where the glass screen meets the phone body. It was pushing the glass out and making the screen flex. I took it in to RePhone thinking that it would cost a fortune and the technician (Nick) said, “no prob, I’ll have it fixed in 15 minutes.” It only cost $39 and I didn’t even have to leave the phone there. Great service!!! Great prices!!! 5 Stars for Re-Phone!
Would love to leave a negative star paid for a battery for my kids iPhone after way more time and stopping in many times as my teen wanted his phone we get it but the battery is knock Off that won’t work price obviously wasn’t knock off and finally to resolve it he gives a used price...no refund or discount and now they are more then willing to fix the phone...nope

They replaced my I phone screen and with my prescription sun glases I could not see the screen. They said it rarely happens and would not refund all my money!! I am an old school hand shake guy and this isn’t right. Just a heads up Staples does same repairs and matches prices and Will stand behind their work
