Bad sales representative. We called them out to give us an estimate and all the sales rep did was just keep asking us if we were getting other bids. Did not want to even show us the product. He was old and very unknowledgable about trying to earn ones business. I couldn't believe the guy never even showed us samples. Shop around, because they obviously do not want your business.
