Terrible customer service, especially that dude with the long beard and bandana. He tells customers to go buy the item elsewhere if they don't like the price. So I took his advice, and it was cheaper.

Josh and the rest of the staff have been very helpful and friendly on EVERY visit, even when they are very busy. Definitely one of my go-to shops for HVAC supplies!
