Friendly employees. Very knowledgeable staff with just about everything a technician could need for HVAC servicing/installing.

Couldn't have had a worse experience than the one I had here. Others have talked about how they got the extra mile, in our case we had a warranty issue with a Nordyne motor, and rather than work with us and Nortek they just shut us down and said we're the only place you can get this, it's not in the system so pay the $1.200. I can't recommend enough that you find alternative suppliers rather than use these.
