Horrific company that puts profit over customers and makes it impossible to get parts to service your appliance. I wanted to buy a small piece of foam insulation for a heat pump, and they refused to sell it to me because I don't have an HVAC license. This only requires a screwdriver to install, and I've put together IKEA furniture with more difficult instructions. Do not buy their products if you want to be able to do even the simplest maintenance tasks on your own property.
Sold us a lemon. Unit worked for only 4 months. Does fine in the summer but come winter the unit will not operate in heat mode without completing icing over. Tired to address the issue as soon as it happened but no accountability was taken. I have spent the last 3 winters in agony. The unit has been serviced over 20+ times. Go with a company that stands behind their product.
I arrived at the supply house about 10 minutes before closing. The energy in the store was very high and energetic. I had to pick up a few items and had a few questions about the cutting some holes. The help was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. This R. E. Michel is the Chick-fil-A of parts houses.
