My experience with Chandler Realtors, and specifically Wes Holster, has been nothing short of awful. He was willing to show us a property that was completely unfit to live in. The home had visible mold, was unpainted, and in an overall filthy condition. It was shocking that a licensed professional would even consider presenting it as a rental option. Do not recommend using them . My air was leaking for weeks and I was told to just vacuum it up . I explained to west that I was 5 months pregnant and I was getting sick due to mold and he sent someone to suck the water out the vent and left it at that. I moved out due to problems at my home and he sent me papers in the mail having someone else sign my name and when I call he ignores the calls .
Wes Holster is abusing his authority over our deposit with anger. He has only helped us TWICE out of several problems we’ve had with the house. Out of the whole year we’ve called him 100 times… He called us 3 times when it’s convenient to him. Like TODAY. He didn’t notify us about a 60-30 day’s notice to ask if we were going to re-lease with him again. We ONLY moving because of his treatment with us.
