Bally Rampersad is deceitful and vile. He did not properly go through and explain forms when submitting offers for us. We trusted that he would be truthful and honest. His service became unsatisfactory and we fired him. He did not provide us with a cancel representation form which we did not know existed. We were advised after the fact that he inserted a representation form and was ill-informed that it was valid for 3 months.
