Can't get repairs completed.
Had an apartment building under contract with Stan as the sellers agent. He did not communicate with us at all. My realtor kept having to call to find out what was going on. after 2 months of being under contract the deal fell apart 7 days before closing. Stan didn't give us a reason why, he just sent over a release of contract form for us to sign. i would not recommend using Stan Haper for any real estate transactions. This man is the true meaning of a heartless pos he buys apartment buildings kicks people out and raising rent during a pandemic! All he cares about is money! He won’t fix anything that goes wrong and cusses you out when he finally does answer the phone. Would not recommend!
