Was great initially. We've had great property managers until lately. The roof was damaged during the recent storms that caused havoc in qld's south-east. My partner showed the new property manager Trish who gave an offhand reply like she was an expert roofer. I've been in construction for over 28 years and can tell you that if your roof is damaged and leaking it needs inspection and repairs immediately.
