As first-time homebuyers, my fiance and I needed a lot of help in the process, and Gerry delivered in spades. He was very responsive and a great advocate for us when negotiating work to be done on the house before closing. He's been in the area and in this business for many years, and he seemed to "know a guy" for every type of work. He's also just a friendly and easy person to work with - would highly recommend to any homebuyer in the Upper Valley!
