Be wary people if you are renting from the people of remax...they will not fix stuff prior to occupancy. Ie paint and new flooring...but also didn't clean and than preceded to try and force me into staying at their property being unresponsive to requests for days. You will not get your security deposit either. I left the apartment in better condition than they gave it to me. Shame on remax this is very poor business practice. I wish anyone dealing with the wildmans good luck and document everything not that it will help.
I will say that being a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida, my expectations are high when having to conduct any personal business. I have had the privilege to have met Marty and Kathryn during the process of working to sell my late father’s home, from a totally different state.
