Not at all pleased with their services. Lack of communication ( returning phone calls in a timely manner) No proper updates to details to be included in listing when requested . Has not yet shown ability to " close the deal" or to create strategies for selling. This company has strictly not followed our instructions. Let this be a warning to you about this company. I would never recommend this company for selling your home! Update: hired a new realtor and the house sold in 7 days!
