We have had a horrible experience renting a home from this company. The residence we live in has been having structural and internal issues since we moved in and we always have issue getting in contact with the landlord. It takes them and the home owners forever to fix the problem, and the lease we have only covers their butts and not have anything in there to protect or help the tenants. Won't be renting from them again. Beware before signing a contract.

I have been living in a property managed by Dennis & Dennis for several months now. They are attentive to my needs, professional in every engagement, responsive to any concerns I have, as well as quickly resolving them. Living under this management is a pleasure. I would rent a property from Dennis and Dennis, many more times and hope to continue to do so for a long period of time. Keep up the great work!

All appliance companies in Raeford, Fayetteville and surrounding area never ever deal with this company. They had us go out after hours for a refrigerator and never paid a dime, will not return our calls nor respond to emails. Their extremely dishonest and don't deserve a star!!!
