I would highly recommend Banglian's service. She is very professional and puts her clients' interest on top of her mind. She is very warm hearted and helpful. She not only helped with property transaction, she is also a great resource for home repairs. Banglian communicates really well both in English and Chinese, she can be an excellent option if you have bilingual needs.
Bang Lian is very trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable about the market and very attentive to her clients.
I have had the experience of taking service from United Realty Plus for Selling my Property. Initially, it was all OK. But, they were not the same as what I have expected or told about after a while. They were not responsive and not interested in providing solutions to any of my problems. I want Realtors to be honest and straightforward, But he failed to do so. I am heartily disheartened with United Realty Plus because of their non-professionalism and dishonesty service. So, I am not going to recommend it to anyone!!
