Karen was referred to me because i was originally looking to buy in virginia beach but the realtor who i loved wasn't licensed in nc. She was a realtor who was more about making a sale rather than helping you find a home. With redfin and zillow i found my home and just needed her for a key to enter. She argued with me when i tried to make an offer less than what the seller wanted (which was accepted).
