This is our third real estate transaction using Karen as our agent. She is knowledgeable, professional and on the ball! We have also referred her to friends who have used her services and they all were happy with her representation. We will not look anywhere else if and when we find ourselves buying or selling in Brookings.

It's great to work with people who seem truly made to be doing what they're doing. Karen Kennedy is one of those people! We are beyond satisfied with Karen's representation during our recent home sale. She took care of every detail for us, quickly found us a great buyer, and worked behind the scenes so we could just concentrate on our move.
