I had purchased one of James Long's listings in May of this year. After being settled in for a few weeks, I've reached out to get a little information from him via text, knowing that as listing agent, he should be able to get it easily. After sending the polite request twice, I knew he had to be ignoring me, so I'm having to seek it some other way .. not sure how yet. This makes me glad that I did NOT use him as my buyer's agent and definitely not my agent to sell my house. EXP Realty is so much more professional.
