The worst rental experience I have had throughout my rental history. I rented a home with Remax under the auspices of Mr. Phillip Jones as the broker. He took little ownership or interest in managing the property. He will not respond appropriately or timely to repairs. After a significant wait time, they will send a repair person then pass the bill to the tenant (me). For example, he gave a bill to me for disposal, which had reached its life expectancy.
