I will continue to share my experiences about Al Simmons. I would avoid doing any real estate transactions with him. I feel he is extremely unethical, lies, and misrepresents clients on both sides of the transactions. Poor management of properties, unethical and possibly illegal withholding of funds, and a general lack of responsiveness are all factors I dealt with. Many other reviews are of similar nature, read for yourself.

I stay in the home next door to a property that Al Simmons is leasing. He hired people to come out and cut the grass. The gentleman he used was in my yard using my water to fix the yard next door. I called to resolve the issue and Al had a very nasty attitude and didn’t want to reimburse me for the gallons of water this individual used from my house. I can only imagine what type of REALTOR he is!!! He has a poor attitude and poor quality customer service. I will be contacting someone higher up.
I purchased a property under the under a representation in the listing that the property was perfect for horses. It was only after closing that I was informed that in fact horses were NOT allowed on the property. This caused me to hire an attorney and fight this issue in court. This process took two years and four months of my time as well as around $100,000 in losses. While I have never personally worked with Al Simmons, if I was ever looking for a home he would be first on my list to call. You see, in my neighborhood people are buying, selling and renting constantly (I live in a military community). With that being said, good ol' Al has quite a handful of properties for sale or for rent. And let me tell you something, those properties do not stay available very long.
