The entire staff was timely and accommodating as I moved in. I had to move quickly, and they really stepped up to make sure I could make the date. The property is in good condition, but when I did have a problem with my fridge, they had a repair tech scheduled within hours.
Property management was great for years under the Atchley Group management (been in my rental home for 13 years), now with three changes in personal and a change in management it has gone down hill quickly. Homeowners are elderly and often leave it to me to make sure the maintenance and repairs get done.
