Patience͏ and Professionalism I listed my home while it was still being occupied by my tenants. Dave was kind and respectful of their privacy. He also helped them search for new housing! He was very patient with me when we decided to wait for the family to leave and then relist the property! His advise on repairs and enhancing the property appearance were helpful. He sold the house in 6 days after the relisting! I could not recommend David Green more heartily! He was always right there for me.
