Your agent Susana vizzari I delt with her about 10 years ago she undoubtedly is the worse realtor someone could ever deal with.she does nothing for you. And even when you are the buyer she still sticks it to you.you are at closing and she set it up for her time. I wanted to close early mort. Co said we couldn't close till late pm later mort. Make sure your realtors are following Florida law with flood disclosures. Beating around the bush is wrong and does not fall in line with Florida Statutes. Carly Gates specifically is posting all over online, sugar coating previously flooded homes to prospective buyers. Do not recommend this dishonest realtor. Find someone who actually cares about their clients well being and best interest.
Would give ZERO stars if I could. Stacy T. Is horrible to deal with especially if her husband gets involved.
