Joanne Wetherell and her Team recently completed the sale of my Sun Valley Condo. I would want her to represent me in the future and am recommending Joanne to my friends. On a scale of 1-10 she is an 11. Joanne helped my wife buy this condo when we were on a tight timeline and there was not much to see. My wife (deceased) after the purchase was not pleased with the condo. Joanne told her if she wanted to sell it, she would not charge a commission.
